The Collaborative Lab for Advancing Work in Space (CLAWS) is a multi-disciplinary group that creates human-centered, software-driven applications to further humanity's presence in space. This talk will discuss the team’s past, present and future projects, from augmented reality (AR) to conversational artificial intelligence (AI).

Riley Schnee
Team Lead

Riley is a first-semester senior studying Computer Science in the College of Engineering. She currently serves as the Team Lead for the Collaborative Lab for Advancing Work in Space (CLAWS) and is looking forward to taking on the role of SEDS@UM President in the fall.

Emily Rassel
Software Lead

Emily will graduate in December’20 with a Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering and Minor in Computer Science. At Michigan, she is the Software Lead for the Collaborative Lab for Advancing Work in Space (CLAWS) and an active member of WAA, AIAA, and Sigma Gamma Tau. Next year, she will serve as the Internal VP for SEDS.

Cesar Mu
UI/UX Lead

Cesar is a junior studying Computer Science with a minor in Space Science. He is currently the UI/UX Lead for the Collaborative Lab for Advancing Work in Space (CLAWS) and is passionate about building technologies to support the future of space exploration.
