Michael Bila is a second-year law student at the University of Michigan Law School focusing on international law. He is a board member on the Society for Space Law and the Law of the Sea, a law student organization seeking to educate students on the legal and policy frameworks governing the use of space and the sea. In addition, Michael is a former participant and current advisor to the Society's moot court team, which recently reached the semi-finals in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition hosted by the International Institute for Space Law.
