Improving Diversity in Aerospace

WAA is an organization dedicated to improving the diversity within the aerospace industry and fostering a sense of community among women and other minorities as well as helping members grow their personal and professional connections. This year we have been able to grow a lot of programs in order to reach an even larger audience. We held the first Women in Aerospace Conference, expanded our outreach program, created a new series of events with visiting speakers, and more! We’ll be discussing what we’ve done this year as well as some of the exciting events we already have planned for next year!
