Prince Kuevor
PhD Candidate in the U-M Robotics Institute
Prince is a PhD candidate in the Robotics Institute at the University of Michigan working in the Autonomous Aerospace Systems (A2Sys) lab and the Michigan eXploration Lab (MXL). His research focuses on using sensors onboard drones and spacecraft to determine the position and pointing angle of different robotic systems. More specifically, he is working on using maps the ambient magnetic field to improve position and pointing accuracy. Prince does a lot of experimental validation of his methods by performing flight tests with drones and mock spacecraft in the labs we works in.
Prince plans on finishing his PhD in 2022 and has interest in teaching and conducting research in the future.
